E3 is in full flow at the moment and is showing us what the next 12 months of video games have in store for us. Here are a couple of games that have caught our eye!
With plenty of weapons to play with it's interesting to see that the hidden blade has been upgraded to include a crossbow so you can be deadly from afar or as we like it, up close and personal :)
A new co-op mode has been included that allows 2 to 4 people team up and complete missions together. A nice feature of this is that players use their skills and abilities they have built up in the single player missions to define thier style in co-op mode. These skills look to be based around brute force, agility and stealth and you'll need need each of these in your team to be the ultimate assassin force. You'll also choose a unique co-op skill to help your team complete your missions. So working together one of your group can sneak in undetected, cause a distration or kill a guard which will allow the rest of the group to swarm in and complete the mission.
Considering all the fun we've has with the other assassins (mainly Ezio!) we're looking forward to this taking the series onto the next gen consoles.
Assassin's Creed Unity will be released on 28th October for XBox One, PS4 and PC.
Another treat in store is the new Star Wars Battlefront game and a new trailer was released at E3.
The game promises to let you fight Star Wars battles on iconic planets (we see Hoth and Endor in the trailer) and let you pilot Snowspeeders, Speeder Bikes, AT-AT's and AT-ST's.
The detail in the trailer looks pretty amazing and though they haven't given too much away yet this game at least looks fantastic. As huge fans of the old battlefront games we'll be keeping a close eye on this one.
